Guest Services
King of Prussia is home to three Guest Services Locations located throughout the mall. Guest Services provides amenities such as free wheelchair & stroller rentals, mall information, Store of the Week and Restaurant of the Month information, coat and baggage check, King of Prussia Mall Gift Card sales, and assistance to retailers.
Guest Services Locations
- Lower Level Plaza near Rite Aid
- Lower Level Plaza near Lord & Taylor
- Lower Level Court near Bloomingdales
Store of the Week
The Store of the Week is a Guest Services initiative that allows retailers the opportunity to outreach their product/sale to customers visiting the Guest Services in King of Prussia. To become a featured Store of the Week, please contact Bill Fulton, Guest Relations Manager at 610.265.3360.
Store of the Week Guidelines:
- Event runs Friday through Thursday.
- Provide a professionally printed handout to be distributed to customers. Should be in the form of a coupon, voucher, or special value for the customer. These cannot be black and white photocopies. Quantity-2000.
- 8-1/2 X 11 inch signs to be placed in plexi-glass sign holders at each of the Guest Services locations. Signage should clearly state your store name, location, and promotion type. Quantity 3
- Stores are required to keep a running tally on the returns from the coupons issued from Guest Services.
Restaurant of the Month
The Restaurant of the Month, much like the Store of the Week, is a Guest Services initiative that allows restaurants the opportunity to outreach their restaurant to customers visiting Guest Services in King of Prussia. In essence, the Guest Services Representatives are committed to mention your restaurant to each and every customer. To become a featured restaurant of the month, please contact Bill Fulton, Guest Relations Manager at 610.265.3360.
Restaurant of the Month Guidelines:
- Event is a month-long.
- Restaurant is responsible to print a professional value-added coupon/voucher to be distributed to customers.
- 8 ½ X 11 inch professionally printed table top signs are required for display at the three Guest Services locations. Quantity-3
- Provide a Sampler Party for the associates of Guest Services to taste and experience your establishment.
- Store/Restaurant of the Month agreement (commitment to share sales results).
- Sampling is permitted during peak periods near Guest Services.
- Be sure to supply each Guest Services with current menus.
