Short Term Leasing & Storage

This Program extends an invitation to all of our King of Prussia retailers to take advantage of the following opportunities for your store to come out into the common area:

  • Test-market a new, innovative product or concept;
  • Promote a seasonal item;
  • Sell and/or promote your store’s gift cards;
  • Tie-in with a mall special event;
  • Create a static “window” display on a cart;
  • Increase your exposure and customer awareness in a different area of the mall, and thereby boost store sales!

Lease terms are flexible, from one day for a special event, to one-week, one month, a season, or even one year. With these flexible lease terms, low start-up costs, and a highly visible presence in one of the highest-trafficked malls in the nation, becoming a common area tenant at King of Prussia is easier than you may expect.

Rental Payments

Rental payments are due to the Mall Management Office on or before the first of each month, and you are considered in default if the check is not received by the first. Rent payments should be mailed to:

Checks should be made payable to “King of Prussia Mall”.

Storage Program

King of Prussia also leases Storage Spaces to current in-line, and short-term tenants. This is based on availability and, of course, is on a first-come, first-served basis. NOTE: Please do not wait until the holiday season to secure additional Storage, as space is at a premium during the holidays.
