To keep a consistent image, the tallboys (three-tiered signage) throughout the center utilize images from the current advertising campaign theme.
Other signage is utilized to drive future visits to the center by advertising the Mall Gift Card, specific mall promotions, and sponsored events.

The King of Prussia Billboard outreach program is designed to hit the core drive market surrounding the Philadelphia Metropolitan Market. The Billboard is updated bi-monthly, and themes are consistent with the overall advertising.

The King of Prussia radio campaign runs during the winter holiday to drive ancillary visitors during King of Prussia’s busiest months.

The newly revamped King of Prussia Website, www.KingofPrussiaMall.com, continues to be one of the most visited mall websites in the country. The website is updated 5 times per year, and themes are consistent with the overall campaign for the season. The redesigned site will now provide users with the latest in fashion and style news presented by King of Prussia’s own style editor, Tracy Taylor. Visitors will also be able to preview stores, print mall directories, find hotel recommendations, find a job at a retailer, and find services throughout the center.
The King of Prussia eStyle eNewsletter is the electronic Newsletter that is distributed to a list of tourists, locals, and visitors who sign up via the mall website, or at a Guest Services location within the center.
