Employee Parking

In an effort to improve customer service at King of Prussia Mall, we are requesting the help of all mall employees to park their vehicles in the designated employee parking areas shown below.

Plaza West Deck: Connected to Nordstrom, Lord & Taylor and Sears

• Employees are to park only on the second level of the deck.
• On Friday, November 6, 2009, the first and third levels of the West Deck will be secured during non mall hours. Employees that use this deck are to park their vehicles on the second level only.

Plaza East Deck: Connected to Neiman Marcus & the Mall.

• Employees are to park away from the common area entrance located on Level 2 ½ and away from the Neiman Marcus entrances.

Court Deck

• Employees that use this deck are to park their vehicles on the second level only.

Open Parking: Non-Deck Locations

• Employees are to park in the back half of the parking lots.

Holiday Employee Shuttle

• We will again be operating an employee shuttle during the holiday season. Employees are encouraged to park at the Atrium office building and use one of the three shuttles for access to your store. More detailed information will be distributed on the Holiday Shuttle in the near future

Security will monitor the activity of vehicles parked in areas designated for customers only. Employee vehicles found in these areas are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense. In this competitive economic environment, it is important that we save the best parking spaces for our customers. Please contact the management office, if you have any questions.

Notice: SEPTA Transportation to King of Prussia Mall

Option #1

R6 Norristown Line (this line WILL pick up/drop off at all Center City stations)
Transfer to the Norristown High Speed trolley line at the Norristown Transportation Center
Take the Norristown High Speed trolley line to Gulph Mills
Take the Route 125 bus from Gulph Mills to the Mall

Option #2

Take the Norristown High Speed Line from 69th Street Station to Gulph Mills
At Gulph Mills, transfer to the Route 125 bus to the Mall

Note: There will be no service running from Philadelphia to 69th Street; Employees and customers would need to find alternate transportation to get to the 69th Street Terminal.
