Assistant Manager

• Job Description: The Buckle seeks experienced and talented individuals who desire to take their skills to the next level by becoming an assistant manager. In this role, you will work directly with and assist a store manager who will help you develop sales, recruiting, educational, and merchandising skills to help lead the team. A flair for fashion, strong communication skills, and a desire to achieve are all prerequisites.
